Today I can proudly present my first add-in called ‘Pivot Tools’.


What does Pivot Tools do?

Are you also tired of right clicking every single Data-Pivotfield changing it from ‘Count’ to Sum or Average or any other field, then this new tool will save you a lot of frustrations!

The Addin will be installed and placed into your Excel Application Ribbon. From here you can access the tools as described below.

 

Changing Pivot Field Functions

It is now possible to:

  • Select a pivotable and change every field function of the Pivottable (count, sum, average, etc) in one click.
  • Or, if you want to change the pivot fields separately (i.e. not everything to SUM) this is also possible. Just click on the pivot field column you want changed.

 

Changing Pivot Field Formatting

Are you also annoyed by clicking 5 times per field to change the number formatting, over and over again? Now, this is also history. Soon, more formats will be added. If you have special requests, please let me know. I will add them in next (free) version upgrades.

  • What version of office do I need for Pivot Tools?
        I tested my add-in with office 2013 and office 2016 (32 and 64 bit). Both under Windows 7 and Windows 10.

  • How does the ordering process work?
        After you entered all the payment details (name, emailadress) and proceeded to payment area, you will instantly receive an email after purchase         
        containing the download link and unique licencekey.
